Miltown House offers modern, comfortable accommodation within a new extension to the old part of the house which dates back into the 1800’s.
All rooms offer en suite facilities together with twin beds, electric blanket, hair dryer, tea & coffee making tray, biscuits, television and both a house and local information pack.
All water drawn from the taps at Miltown House is provided by a natural spring of high purity. Enjoy!

Look carefully and you may be rewarded with sight of deer on the hills opposite, heron landing and taking off by the nearby burn, pheasant, grouse or other game - even pony trekkers!
THE CABRACH is comprised of two parts - the Upper Cabrach and the Lower Cabrach. Miltown House is situated in Lower Cabrach.
Close by, the village of Dufftown is renowned as the Malt Whisky Capital of the World’. With its annual whisky festivals in the early part of the year and again towards the latter part of the year, its numerous distilleries and many various other nearby attractions it has something special to offer every visitor.
MILTOWN HOUSE nestles snugly in The Cabrach close to Dufftown - Malt Whisky Capital of the World! High in the hills of North East Scotland the area enjoys a mixed climate, quite often very hot in the summer months whilst bitterly cold during the winter time. Snow is not uncommon during these darker days and nights, sometimes closing the roads for a day or two on end.
