Recently OKDOK was asked to source a computer system for a customer. Within a few days OKDOK had not only provided a quote for a higher machine ‘spec’ than had been expected but surprised the customer with the value of the package and confirmed the order.
A customer recently bemoaned the fact that ink costs were so high for their printer they were tending not to use it as much as they would have liked. OKDOK provided a price for compatible ink, complete with a manufacturer’s guarantee to replace the printer if the ink caused damage, at huge savings!
